Africaplus Direct International Ltd specialises in providing IBM support services, in Africa, for IBM’s entire range of hardware products worldwide. Since 2010 we have provided industry leaders with a local presence in multiple African countries, with the ability to source IBM Support contracts via our head office in Mauritius. During the past years we have expanded these capabilities into Africa and broadened our offering portfolio to include IBM RSSA/ISA contracts and IBM Part Centre management capabilities. We have forged strong links with the IBM business partners across the continent.

In October 2014, APDI became the Lenovo inside sales arm as well, for services across Africa, the Middle East and then Turkey in June 2017. Our Team has a great versatility and we aim to provide our Business Partners and End Users with the required assistance in improving visibility of Lenovo support services and products, refreshing Business Partners on support services and product sale strategies and concepts.

We provide a platform for our Business Partners and customers to share their insights on how the relationships between Lenovo, IBM, the end customer and themselves can be further enhanced.


APDI began this business journey by offering IBM Technical Support Services in 26 African countries including the Indian Ocean Islands via the ISA (IBM service agreement) contracts and have only picked up the pace since then. Our next major business expansion came when we became Lenovo inside sales arm for DGC services, as it not only came with a number of new opportunities but new territories as well. APDI also signed an agreement with Lenovo enabling the sales and marketing of PCG (PC Group) services and products in those markets.

We are authorised to sell and operate Lenovo part number services and LSA (Lenovo Service agreement) contracts within the African continent and the Middle East and, through extensive dedication and effort, we were awarded the rights to enter the Pakistani and Turkish markets as well. We achieved that with our consistent hard work and perseverance, as it built nothing but trust with our existing clients.
